Terras de Pias Alentejo red 2014
From the Alentejo DOC comes this Terras de Pias Alentejo red 2014. The selected grapes, Aragonez, Trincadeira and Alicante Bouschet, were cultivated on the slopes and limestone soils of Pias. Here, in the heart of Alentejo, the sun promotes the growth of sweet fruit. First, the grapes were handpicked and smashed by mechanical processes. Then, the must was vinified at a controlled temperature of 28°C to 30°C. Finally, after weeks of fermentation, the wine was ready to be bottled.
As a result, we have a wine with a strong color, with a beautiful ruby and clean look that offers a complex bouquet. It has a predominance of red fruits, with nice tannins and a good acidity. Due to its characteristics, it is a wine with a good harmonious body.
Goes well with every time of meat.
Serve at 18°C.
