Vale de Lobos sparkling white Brut
This Vale de Lobos sparkling white Brut was produced according to the traditional methods of sparkling wine production. The base was a white wine produced with temperature control. It was then inoculated with selected yeats for the achievement of sparkling wine and fermented in a cool chamber for 3 months. Then, it stayed inside bottles during at least 12 months, until the disgorgement. This only takes place when the sparkling wine is deemed to be ready for consumption.
With a citrus color, it has a fine and persistent bubble. produced according to the traditional method, it has a fruity aroma with notes of citrus and nuts. it is smooth in the mouth with a very good acidity.
Best served between 8°C to 10°C
Sugestion: excellent as an appetizer, but it goes very well with fish, seafood, and delicate cheese
